Information you provide
The contact form may collect your name, email address, optional order or payment reference, and message. Checkout may collect the contact and shipping details needed to fulfil an order. Do not submit card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents through the contact form.
Payments
Payment is completed through the secure provider selected at checkout, which may include Tap Payments or PayPal when enabled. LUCIN does not collect or store full card details or CVV values. Each provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Orders and secure checkout
When the enhanced checkout is enabled, LUCIN processes the contact and delivery information needed to create, fulfil, support, and account for an order. Full card numbers and CVV values are never stored by LUCIN. Delivery details are encrypted at rest and are restricted to authorised order administration.
Affiliate attribution
If you arrive through an approved affiliate link, LUCIN records the affiliate code, landing page, timestamp, campaign parameters, a pseudonymous visitor identifier, and general device or country information. A first-party referral cookie lasts up to 30 days and uses last-valid-click attribution. Affiliates receive anonymised performance totals and never receive customer contact, delivery, PayPal, or card information.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies protect checkout sessions, account access, and referral attribution. Optional analytics are not activated until permission is given where consent is required. Details and controls are available in the Cookie Policy.
Website hosting and forms
The website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Contact form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms for customer support.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, support orders, prevent misuse, meet legal or accounting obligations, and improve the reliability of the service.
Retention and disclosure
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, fulfilment, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting purposes. It may be shared with providers such as Netlify, Tap Payments, PayPal, email services, and delivery carriers when needed to operate the site or fulfil an order, or where law requires it.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact-form information by using the contact form. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for transaction support.
