Shipping cost and destinations
Worldwide shipping is included with every LUCIN order. Delivery is arranged using the complete destination details provided during secure checkout.
Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, payment reviews, and high-volume periods may extend preparation time.
Estimated transit after dispatch
- GCC destinations: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Other worldwide destinations: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing and carrier conditions may cause delays.
Tracking
When the selected carrier provides tracking, the tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the order after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs fees assessed by the destination country unless applicable law requires otherwise. These charges are not included in the $250 USD product price.
Local import requirements
Some destinations apply fragrance-import rules, customs review, or address restrictions. If a carrier cannot complete delivery after an order is accepted, LUCIN will contact the buyer and arrange an appropriate solution or refund through the original payment method.
