Shipping cost and destinations
Shipping is charged per bottle: $10 USD within Oman, $20 USD to the other GCC countries, and $30 USD to all other supported destinations. The exact shipping amount and final order total are shown before payment.
Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, payment reviews, and high-volume periods may extend preparation time.
Estimated transit after dispatch
Estimated transit is 3–20 business days depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing and carrier conditions may cause delays.
Tracking
When the selected carrier provides tracking, the tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the order after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs fees assessed by the destination country unless applicable law requires otherwise. These charges are not included in the $69 USD product price.
Local import requirements
Some destinations apply fragrance-import rules, customs review, or address restrictions. If a carrier cannot complete delivery after an order is accepted, LUCIN will contact the buyer and arrange an appropriate solution or refund through the original payment method.
