Price and currency
The standard price is $69 USD per 50 mL bottle. A valid partner link or code may apply the assigned customer discount, which is shown with the final price before payment. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges are not included unless the checkout expressly says they are.
Payment
Payment is processed by the secure provider selected at checkout. Available methods depend on merchant enablement, device, browser, account, and location. LUCIN does not collect or store full card details or CVV values.
Order acceptance
A provider receipt records the payment request. LUCIN treats an order as paid only after server-side verification. An order may still be cancelled and refunded if payment is reversed, or fraud, delivery, or legal restrictions prevent fulfilment.
Worldwide shipping and customs
Shipping is charged per bottle: $10 in Oman, $20 to other GCC countries, and $30 to other supported destinations. The recipient is responsible for destination duties or taxes unless applicable law requires otherwise. Preparation and transit estimates are published on the Shipping page.
Returns and delivery issues
Opened or used fragrance cannot be returned for change of mind. Damage, incorrect items, approved exchanges, and shipments confirmed lost in transit are handled under the Returns & Delivery Issues Policy.

Partner links, discounts, and commissions
A valid LUCIN partner link or manually entered partner code may apply the customer discount assigned to that partner. Standard levels provide customer discounts of 5%, 7%, or 10%, and partner commissions of 10%, 12%, or 15% respectively. The final discount and price are shown before payment. Commission is calculated from the product value after the customer discount, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, payment fees, and refunded amounts. A partner may use their own valid code for a genuine purchase; the order is marked as a self-purchase for review and remains subject to the same payment, fraud, return, refund, and chargeback rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's destination.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to an order.
